Ascend Performance & Recovery is conveniently located at 970 E. 9th Street in Lockport, Illinois, just east of downtown Lockport and easily accessible from both the north and south sides of the city.
Our clinic is located near the intersection of E. 9th Street and State Street (Route 171) and is only a few minutes from I-355 and 159th Street, making it easy to reach from Lockport, Homer Glen, New Lenox, and surrounding communities.
Directions from the North
If you are coming from Homer Glen or Lemont, take State Street (Route 171) south toward Lockport. Continue south through downtown Lockport, then turn left (east) onto E. 9th Street. Our clinic is located shortly down the road at 970 E. 9th Street.
Directions from the South
If you are coming from New Lenox or Joliet, head north on State Street (Route 171) toward Lockport. Turn right (east) onto E. 9th Street. Ascend Performance & Recovery will be located shortly ahead at 970 E. 9th Street.
Parking and Arrival
Parking is available in front of the building for patients. When you arrive, please look for Ascend Performance & Recovery signage and enter through the main entrance.
